    the absolute worst experience I ever had with a custom wood worker. everything was fine up until I made a deposit and started making progress inquiries. that's when the "I'm sooo busy, I'll eventually get around to finishing that up" type responses came and before you know it the guy stops responding at all. weeks passed and whenever I reached out it was the same excuse, too busy to execute. then finally I reach out this weekend and when he chose not to answer or respond to my text I mentioned getting the money back. now he's offended and can't believe id call him a *****, poor me for having **** poor business practices and treating my clients like they don't deserve transparency and clear communication about a short term project that's been in progress since mid December. how dare you demand that your customers choose between waiting indefinitely til you have some free time or just take the refund and scram? you've wasted 2 months sitting on a deposit for a job you let slip and couldn't muster the effort to apologize for inconveniencing me. absolutely awful to lead folks right into a situation where you're only option is to start from scratch and find new materials elsewhere or wait indefinitely until a convenient time where the sun moon and stars all perfectly align to allocate the time to complete tasks you solicited for. shop here if you enjoy getting jerked around and your time wasted.
