      My daughter, who is on my health care, went to Craft Chiropractic in ***********. I tried to explain my health insurance with them but they just kept saying that they know how the insurance works and that it will be applied to my deductible. I repeatedly tried to explain that my insurance was a little different. They stated that it will all be taken care of. I paid ****** for initial visit and x rays. It was not billed properly. Finally they realized that they did owe me $****** for the amount that I originally paid. My health insurance also paid the $******. They finally realized this and they stated that they sent out a check to me for $****** on 8-8-24. I never received the check. I called them and they stated that the check remains "uncleared" They said they would issue me another check. I have called their accounting office at ********** Financial ************* and left messages but they never called back. The exact same thing happened with my girlfriend ******** Widyastuty. They are saying that they will send her a check as well, but nothing has been received.
