Repairs are being done today. I'm not sure why he would send this to you but i get it. Nothing was urgent as far as performance of the job. Some corners on the gutters needed to be adjusted. Looking for some touch up paint for some areas. Told the customer that we would be in the area and i will take care of the issues, i guess i was not quick enough to respond. He also wanted me to look at his chimney that he installed the siding on a few years ago. I did not charger him to fix this, said i would look at it so now i am doing this for free and i have a complaint from him to the BBB. Not sure how you have this set up as far as the amount of $13000.00 Where? What he is talking about would only be $100.00 if i were to charge anyone for this repair. I do think it is unfair to my company. Says second notice on this complaint, When? I have talked to the customer a few times and said i would get to it as soon as i can. IT IS MY FAULT FOR NOT GETTING IT DONE FASTER. This was not a big deal for the action that was taken, sorry this is malicious
