      They will not give you what you pay for. I paid $18 for next day shipping and they refused to use the shipping I paid for. I had to repeatedly contact them to refund me for the shipping. Now the package is late, and lost because they didn't ship it *** like I paid for. And they refuse to acknowledge that it's lost.

      I purchased a mower belt back in July 2023 it unraveled after three uses I reached out to the company twice no response back the reason why I purchased the item was because of their good reviews the belt cost $24.50 requested from the company, either a refund or a replacement belt no reply Would not even give them a one rating, but had to select something
