I've stayed at this motel many times before and always received a normal check-out time of 11AM. This last visit, I was charged $20 extra for a shortened stay with a 3PM checkout despite checking in around 6:15AM and being told otherwise in the past. When I respectfully raised the concern, I was met with rudeness by the manager, who became aggressive, told me I could take my $20 and "get the f*** out," and threatened to evict **** also tried to explain that I was simply exhausted after working multiple days without sleep and being woken up by another guest working on their car with power tools. Instead of addressing that, she immediately said Good, Ive been looking for a reason to kick him out, showing a lack of professionalism and concern for both me and the other guest. The condition of the room was terrible exposed ceiling holes in the bathroom, broken beds, non-working lights, and TVs not even hooked up. The Wi-Fi barely works, the environment is loud, and amenities are unreliable. The bathroom light shut off every few seconds due to a faulty timer, and there was no bathroom fan just a wide open hole into the ceiling. This motel is neglectful, unsanitary, and unprofessional. I feel scammed and mistreated. Id go for getting the back but they simply are just not worth the hassle but theyre unprofessionalism inappropriate behavior and conditions of the motel at least needs to be brought to the right peoples attention.
