1 starTook My Money Still No Refund I paid Protek Innovations, LLC a deposit of $3,980.62 on November 18, 2024, for a full roof replacement at my rental property in *******, **. They only completed a small roof patch around a leak (which they valued at $800), but never started the actual roof replacement job.After I canceled the project, they promised Id receive a refund minus the $800 for the patchwork and said they would waive the cancellation fee. Months have passed, and I still havent received any refund.Ive called, texted, and emailed multiple times. ******** said to talk to *****, ***** said ******** would contact me. Its been nothing but a frustrating runaround. Ive been patient, but their complete lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable. ******** either makes excuses or ignores my messages entirely.This company took my money and continues to make excuses. Thats not just unprofessionalits dishonest. Avoid Protek Innovations unless youre okay with the risk of losing your deposit and getting strung along.Review fromJoseph M

I have had ProteK Innovations LLC complete 3 roofing and or siding jobs for our home in ******* Michigan over the last 4 years. The last being for heavy hail damage to our home. ***** and his crew showed up at 7:30 in the morning and we're completely finished and had my yard cleaned up by 1:45 p.m. They promptly started work, made sure that my yard was protected from all debris and did a thorough cleanup when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing, skylight or gutter work that needs to be done.ProTek Innovations, LLC

They did a bunch of work on our shed including a great shingle job. They were easy to deal with, friendly and professional. Also cleaned up after which was nice. **** def use them again and would recommend to friends/family.ProTek Innovations, LLC

ProTek went above and beyond to get our house repairs completed correctly and in a timely matter after some tornado damage. Great to work with and always returned phone calls or emails.
