    This company was recommended for use by the realtor. From the first receipt of any paperwork, my husbands name was wrong. Not misspelled, a totally different name. They were immediately notified of this error when we received the Title Commitment paperwork. We were told to us it was corrected and given an email with the proper name. Three weeks later at the closing and still the documents are wrong. So the accurate spelling and that email was never handled accurately. They do correct them, again, at closing and show us that paperwork. The closing paperwork we are given and emailed at closing, is AGAIN wrong. It took 3 more phone calls and 1 email, from a lawyer, to finally obtain corrected papers a week later. Now two weeks after closing and we still do not have a refund of over charges on the closing. We have sent 2 emails and 1 phone call. We are told the same story, it was mailed. ******, the Escrow Processor and the contact person did not offer to call that office directly and verify this. Just looking on a computer does not confirm anything and we are in the same city as the closing office so the mail time is not the issue.***** away from this company. We definitely will not use them for the sale of our house. Too many hands in the pot. We have emails from many different people, as everyone does 1 job and not helpful with coordinating the entire process. We had to hire a lawyer to obtain the accurate paperwork. They stalled him at every request as well. And still no refund.
