    go Thursday April 13, 2023 an appointment was scheduled for 7:00. They did not make to my house till after 8:00. The estimate was given and they asked for $1,000 deposit. I explained numerous times I needed to move monies from different accounts. She $300 was ok to give. I did agree to give a deposit of $300. I called the next morning Friday at 9:00am and advised I would be penalized to move at monies and I would not be moving money at this time. I asked for my deposit back and I was advised a 72 hour cancellation was required. Unknown to me she had written on the estimate for Monday. However, with that being said 72 hrs was given. She agreed to give me $150 of the $300 because they had the drive to my home when it was dark. Noted the date was April 13, 2023 and as of July 2, 2023 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONIES BACK. Several texts have been sent back and forth. One text the owner told me she had a bad feeling about me. I did nothing wrong except to ask for my deposit back. Almost 2 weeks ago I got a text saying a check had be mailed. After the 2 weeks I sent a another text and she advised me she would check and call me that night. Hence, no respond. I writing this review because I have not gotten any monies. That does not change the fact I am ENTITLED TO MY FULL DEPOSIT BACK!!! I am a senior woman and feel I was taken advantage of. A deposit is just that a deposit! Sad when seniors are scammed like that. Shame on me for giving the $300 and trusting this company. Thank goodness I did not give a $1,000 deposit.
