    Purchase of "Extremely Rare Gothic Horse Armor";On May 25 I sent a Cashier's Check from ***** ********** made out to "William Fagan" - "Fagan Arms" for $7500.00 sent Priority. Payment was received by Fagan Arms and the item was sent to me 6/9.The item arrived at my residence around 6: in the evening. Here is the email I sent Fagan Arms the next business day (MONDAY6/12):"Hello ******-I received the package late Friday afternoon and could not get to it until Saturday morning.Upon examination in full sunlight I noted extreme over-cleaning to the outer surface and large areas of active rust on the interior extending into the attached maille. The shanfron needs to be cleaned and conserved by a professional which I estimate a cost of around $1500.00.I am returning the shanfron to you exactly as received to arrive within the five-day return window and fully insured per your returns stipulations.Please issue refund via check. I will pass along tracking info as soon as I have it sent via *** ********************* "Although photographs were available on Fagan Website it was impossible to determine the presence of ANY rust on the piece at all - nor was it apparent the extent of over cleaning and abraded condition of the surface.I sent it back next business day Monday June 12 as required by the Fagan return policy fully insured (for $7500.00) and packed/shipped by *** employees by THEIR(***) stipulation at a cost to me of just under $300.The package arrived at Fagan Arms and was signed for by them June 15.NOW Fagan is saying the package arrived outside their RETURN WINDOW of FIVE DAYS. Fagan is counting Saturday June 10 AND SUNDAY June 11 as business days to deny me the refund due me for this transaction.This is just on the border of dishonesty.I want a full refund of my $7500.00 ********************* ******, ** *****
