    Transaction Date: 24 September, 2024 Amount: ******** ******************** To purchase and engrave a headstone for my deceased wife. Read attached copy of the the purchase order.Nature of the Dispute: I never received a headstone with the engraving that I placed a deposit on. The engraver i spoke with ***** (Cant read last name maybe Hatsock or *******) personal phone number is now disconnected completely **************. he gave it to me when I first placed the order. I have also tried calling the businesses phone number (Clinton Grove Granite Works, **** however, the phone just rings and has a full voicemail. Not one person from the business has returned any emails (excluding an automated received conformation email from their system). I also tried going to the business and there is note on the door (attached copy of note called Note_On_Door).Resolution Results: The business and their employees have not tried to resolve this problem in anyway. I would like my deposit of $******** returned to me. My wifes plot has been waiting for over 8 months and I need that money to go through a different company.Advertising: This has nothing to do with advertising.
