I visited All Brick Design's exhibit at ******************. After exploring other options/contractors for our outdoor living space, All Brick Design was the clear choice for our project. *** was prompt, courteous, and confident in helping us choose our layout. I still can't believe the crew completed the job in one day. The workmanship is excellent and our new patio looks fabulous.All Brick Design

I first met with a member of their team for a quote on leveling an existing raised patio in 2017.I was impressed that they provided BBB information and their license information. This project did not go well; Between the sales rep not being transparent, changing the price, disappearing, not showing up, it was a disaster. But when the project was finished I was pleased. So pleased that 5 months later I hired them again to relevel a walkway. I was pleased with the work. Then winter hit, the patio and the walk way started to sink. In early 2018, I reached out to rep to have the issues fixed. The rep said they would come to look at the issues. Theynever came; instead a crew showed up and began work. I called,in late 2018, to complain that the patio was sinking. I was told the owner would call me to discuss my issues. I was contacted by *********. He listened to my issues and concerns and said he would come to look at the patio. May 2019, I received a phone call from ********* requesting a time to come look at the patio. I made an appt, he actually arrived, he agreed there was something wrong but assured me he would return to make it right.********* later called to set up an appt with his partner.The 2 of them spent the greater part of 4 hours standing in the cold assessing the issues with the patio. I was told all of the reasons why the patio could be sinking However after digging into the patio, we learned rep1 was not transparent about the work on the patio, the base, and what materials were in the patio. I was furious and planned to publicly shame the company. As a quick end to this story, we agreed on a price I was told the crew would get the job done correctly My journey has been longer and not as pleasant as I would have hoped for. But I can tell you this company is led by a great group of owners that each have a skillset they excel at. That alone has made them a company that actuallycares about their clients + the quality of work they stamp their name onAll Brick Design
