    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. **** IS A ***** AND A MANIPULATOR. Dont believe me? Look up Ex-Cons in security Camera Biz: Uncovering more than just image problems by FOX 2 NEWS DETROIT ON ******* He installed my cameras and still has access to them. My admin password hint was f youHe told me and i quote if someone leaves me a one star review i will go into their system and leave a note for the next camera guy that says dont do his cameras the client screwed me over. He also stated that he doesnt care about going to court, etc. WHY DO YOU NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY FOOTAGE???? Thats straight up weird and an INVASION OF PRIVACY. If he tries to play it off in a response to this review stating he doesnt know who i am, I HAVE FOOTAGE WITH AUDIO SAVED from my old surveillance system showing everything. And not even that, somehow I HAVE NO MORE ACCESS TO MY CAMERAS LOL. He will duck and dodge every single text message but respond to your ****** reviews in paragraphs. Now i have to hire another company to come out to fix the issue. I WILL be making a police report and I WILL be suing. DO NOT HIRE THIS *****.

    We had **** install cameras on our home 3 months ago.. since then 2 cameras went out and we have been trying to get ahold of them to get them fixed. We called another company to have this repaired one bad wire and one bad camera. He promised a ten year warranty and we couldn't get him back out here after 2 months.

    great people, products and service, there very prompt and follow threw with every aspect of the job quoted to us. we were clearly explained the system prior to purchasing and they made sure to follow up with us after. this is not a common practice in todays world and a glimmer of hope to see still being done today. we couldn't be happier that we contacted and hired Kidon Security...

    Well, shame on me. *******************, the owner of Kidon Security fooled me. Charming guy who seemed totally believable and honest. Now, Im out $2000.00. To check out the depth of this guys scams, check out ******** Hall of Shame by reporter *********************. Good old **** has several past felony and has ripped off many people. Any positives reviews you see, Im positive he wrote himself. Dont even go near him! ******************

    Not good. I purchased a camera system for our public library including a people counting (traffic) camera from Kidon Security. The system was installed except for the people-counting camera. The system worked well after we spent several sessions configuring. The people-counting (traffic) camera took months to arrive and Kidon completely missed two appointments (no call, no show). After it was finally installed, the traffic camera didn't work. After several phone calls, texts, and emails, ******************* (owner) stopped communicating. I finally hired another company to configure the people-counting camera. It wouldn't work, because the camera **** installed was not actually a people-counting camera. He charged us $1000 for a traffic camera and installed a cheap camera with flashing lights that couldn't count traffic! In addition, the camera system Kidon installed in the library was not government compliant and illegal for us to use. Needless to say, Kidon or **** didn't answer to those emails, texts, or phone calls either. A small claims suit is currently pending. Save yourself some time and go somewhere more reputable. What kind of company swindles a library? So disappointed!

    Kidon Security has been professional and communicative everytime I've worked with them. I've tried other security companies and they all are either too busy, don't have what I'm needing but **** always goes above and beyond with every interaction
