      Placed a $3,245.00 deposit on April 13,2024 with AK DOOR Solutions, LLC, *****************************************. ************. This deposit was for two entry doors and two screen doors with work to be completed in 4 to 5 weeks. Have emails from them stating they were setting up an installation date....then nothing! No answering of phone or emails. It is now over 3 months since taking our deposit. I have a signed Sales Contract by *******, the sales manager, ************.

      Ordered Door wall on4/7/23. Bunches of excuses for no Door. Now the business has a closed sign. Won't answer the phone. Lost deposit of two checks total amount $3125.00 Want my deposit back.

      I contacted **** and his wife 2 weeks ago. We have him scheduled for installation mid November. His doorwall was a odd size and took longer than expected. We have been in contact with each other via text messages also.

      Still waiting for slider door. Now installation is December 12. Hopefully this will happen.

      I placed an order for five screen doors, along with a deposit of $2,500, with AK Door Solution on June 13, 2023. Arrangements were made for the doors to be installed but that was postponed because of bed weather. Since then I have not been able to get the company of schedule a new installation date. I have left many phone messages and texts and have received two replies, both with promises to "call tomorrow" to set an installation date. I have been waiting over two months for tomorrow to come. I really want these doors and not my money back. I was so excited to find a reputable local company to do business with. That hadn't turned out so well.

      I was at her house to remeasure last week. The measurements we had were incorrect. I took more accurate measurements as her size is extremely unique and told her 1-3 weeks. She was ok with that

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

       I was guaranteed the doors would be installed within two weeks. That didn't happen although we set up December 5th as the date of installation. No one showed up or contacted me on the 5th or since.Once again my texts and phone calls are being ignored. AK Door Solutions has had $2,500 of my money since the contract was signed and I have had enough.
