    Thursday, October 10, 2024 Finzels Heating and Cooling ***** ******************************************************** ********************* Representative, Theres something we want to bring to your attention that should not go unnoticed regarding your employee. When *** (****) Services merged with ****** to provide even better services for *************, we were skeptical at first, we proceeded to make an appointment. On Thursday, October 10, 2024, we had our routine boiler maintenance done to ensure optimal performance. When the boiler technician arrived to our resident, we were greeted by a familiar face, Cadan; that quickly ease our fear of what type of services we will receive. We definitely know his work ethics! Cadan is safety-conscious of homeowners, professional and able to provide quality services. He is an expert in his field and he is willing to share in-depth knowledge with customers in an informative but not condescending way. He is always prepared when he arrives, so he can work effectively, efficiently and save time. He is positive, enthusiastic, communicates clearly and leaves detailed work orders. He explains whats wrong with the boiler system or what needs to be done to fix it in an easy-to-understand way. ***** has experience in servicing boilers, we will definitely recommend Finzels Services to others, you can tell he enjoy his job.     I am even more angry that you guys ripped us off for $150 for essentially doing nothing. . . < 10 minutes & no work. I had another company come this ******** **** system now works.The 1st comment made was my system was not wired properly. . . that would be ******** responsibility. 2nd, your system needs 6 wires to run properly. 3rd - they ran an 8 wire line & connected 6. . . properly, I now have constant cool air.PS - IF you had any honor whatsoever, I'd get the $150 back just for the fact that the initial work was incorrect. Yet, I will not hold my breath. What I will do is leave a terrible review. Have a nice day.
