    Farmbrook manor is nothing but a disappointment. Upon moving in I had to hire a cleaning company to clean my entire apartment, both bathrooms were absolutely disgusting one of them needed to be snaked the carpets had to be sprayed with enzymes due to the urine smell. All I had to pay out of pocket before even moving in. Any time you need to call maintenance (if you can get ahold of someone) weather its a emergency or not they take about 1-2 hours to get out and when they arrive they smell like marijuanna or alcohol. They do get the job done I will give them that, the construction company they hire for any major repairs are absolutely horrible, very disrespectful and if you call the office regarding having issues with them. The property manager comes out a hour later to address the situation. If anyone is actually interested in moving here I will tell you now just to save your money and time. I understand its hard to find places that are affordable but this is not the place because the cost of living here is too high.
