We purchased a 2022 XLR Nitro 35DK5 from Tradewinds RV for $87,600 on November 18, 2021. CASH. VIN: *****************. At inspection we requested the interior door to the gargae be fixed as it did not close and the exterior door to the main cabin had to be slamed to close. The screen door was also not aligned so it didnt even catch. June 17th 2022 we sent an email adressing the following issues Master bath toilet not holding water and tank flies. The interior garage door AGAIN. Patio steps installed correctly and also the gate latch to the patio. Master bedroom door finish peeling off. We had to keep sending videos and pictures. Multiple times. WE had to call and confirm they recieved said pictures and videos. Again contacted them on July 23 2022. The rear bunk bed was locked in place. It would not release the bed so that we could utilize the sleep space. We contacted again in Aug 2022 about peeling finish on master door, the awnings having bolts stripped and or installed on an angle and popping out, the goop sealent on all the awnings came off and left wires exposed, the exterior window in the hallway had powder coat peeling, the decals were bubbling, 2 things we decided to do was fix the patio steps and latch. The rest were all approved by the manufacturer for repair or replacement excpet the window. Forest River denied the window as wear and tear. However ******* covered the replacement of the window Claim #*******. We dropped off the Rig on Feb 24 2023 for all warranty work. 7 days later they called to pick up. On March 10 we drove1 53 miles r/t to pick up our Rig, I immediately noticed that the window was painted not replaced. The garage entry door was locked but left open. The battery disconnect was left on so both were dead. The interior radio was left on. The decals appeared to be caulked where they bubbled, we could not inspect the rig nor tow it home due to the power jacks. We need a resolution as gas reimbursement for we have been more than patient.
