    I'm to ashamed to even choose a star my Grandson had them do a rebuild and he has nothing but problems it has been back to them 3 times before he drove to ********. While in ******** he thought the fluid smelled burnt just today he took it back to ****'s the service guy came out to check the fluid then told my grandson yep it's burnt. Call back in 2 weeks and see if there is time available to look at it and go ahead and drive it.

    We paid an original price for a transmission on a truck, we were then told we need to pay an additional 3k. Then after the truck not fully being fixed they sent it back to our mechanic and they said Oh well. Fast forward barely a couple months and now it is not drivable and they are saying they will not value their transmission warranty because my husband drive too fast. After paying nearly 7k for a new trans they are saying because of misuse we need to pay ANOTHER 3k because they wont cover it under the warranty. I have never in my life had such a terrible experience getting a vehicle fixed. Especially after our truck being there for 4 months all together and paying for a more durable transmission. ***** the manager is terrible with customer ********************** and not representing the owners and their reputation well! Next will be court.
