    **** has held up the refund of our ************************ Contract since June of 2023. -**** was notified by text on June 6th, 2023 that we would like to cancel our contract.-On June 7th, 2023 - I requested an update to see if **** had completed the paperwork and he replied, "Yes(,) all set(.) I don't need anything from you(.)) I just print out you(r) test request for refund and write on "on file" on the spot for your signature(.)"-September 27th, 2023 - I texted **** to check on the progress of our refund and he replied, "Out of (the) office today(,) back tomorrow(.)"-October 2, 2023 - Having not heard from **** since my last attempt, texted him again and haven't heard from him since that day. -October 4th, 2023 - I contacted *********************************** directly and found out **** never filed any cancellation paperwork on my behalf and requested the refund through them. -December 21, 2023 - I contacted *********************************** for an update and was told **** (or a rep from Kimble Auto) will not answer/return their messages concerning the refund. -Multiple lies from **** and no follow-through on promises.

    Already settled with customer before Christmas. The extended service contract company sent kimble rv a refund check and someone accidentally put it it the wrong file at dealership. The check was never cashed and just sat in folder for 10 weeks. After contact from customer we discovered check during end of year paperwork. Cut check to customer for 100% refund. It was our fault for the delay but feel it was an honest error due to the way it was filled when it showed up in the mail. If the check had been cashed and we were holding the money then maybe that would indicate wrong doing but we just had an uncashed check misfiled. Customer seems to be happy and I am considering it case closed with good outcome. Had the customer or the extended service contact company let us know the check had already been sent to us I dont believe there was any reason for the bbb to get involved.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. **** handled the complaint with ***** and it turns out to have been a relatively honest mistake. He got things done in timely manner, especially with Christmas coming in just a few days.

    1/31/2023 Called and spoke with ***************************** himself that claimed he stopped his mail (which he did not stop his mail or have it forwarded as I checked) and his business was closed (It shows as open) and he was on vacation in ****. He admitted to recieving my letters and emails. My Compass ** Protection by **** was cancelled and a refund was given to *****************************. ***************************** was supposed to be the one that cancelled this policy, but he ignored my emails and letters since December of 2022. I spoke with Compass ** Protection by **** and they cancelled the policy and refunded ***************************** last week on 1/24/2023. He refuses to refund me the money he owes me...a couple thousand dollars.In addition, I sent attached paperwork. He was to refund an additional $100 if I cancelled before 8 months. I also attached a reciept for $50 because he did not make the ** ready with the original purchase where he stated that the light won't light up and there is not an electronic start, despite the owners ****** saying there is and I could see it. When in fact, the wire was not connected. I would like my money that I am entitled to refunded immediately in addition to the interest that he is holding.

    I was misled and pressured into a purchase of a 2022 Autumn Ridge 172FB on July 14, 2022. First, I was told three times that the fridge freezer would run off the car as Im driving down the road in addition to gas and electric. I called on Friday, July 1, 2022 before I made the ************ there with my family on July 2, 2022 to ensure it had a fridge/freezer that would run off 12v too as it was the number 1 item I needed due to my 8 year old that has severe food anaphylactic allergies. This is the only way we can safely travel with her to visit family. If it didnt have this ability, I would not have traveled to even look at it. Once we arrived in person on July 2, 2022 I was again told that the fridge/freezer would run off the car without running the propane as I drive down the road. My mother then asked the same question a few minutes later. We were given the same answer along with running the gas and electric which essentially would mean that this would be a three way fridge/freezer. I do have an awesome memory which is a blessing and a curse. However, also I had a clipboard with my questions in my hand and when he answered each question I wrote it down on my clipboard in the space that I provided myself. During the course of the conversation it was also said to me that you should switch it over to propane if you stop for more than an hour, so that you dont run down your battery while you go out to eat or something. In hindsight, **** Kimble said on July 15, if I said that I may have been confused due to having so many different **s. Bottom line a dealer should know & he misrepresented the ** rig and me in. He lied to me , my family and StarCraft. He pressured and misled me in a worthless purchase. I have much more information. Can I email that?
