    The man who took my money for a trail ride. He abused us and called us names. He hit his horses and said that we were idiots and took my money after 10 minutes of a three hour trail ride. He was drunk abusing and robbed me. It was a very scary situation. I drive 2.3 hours with my friend and my boss and this man abused us violently hit the horses and screamed and called us names. I left battered and he took my money. Thus facility needs to be looked at and he needs to stop scamming innocent people and stop hitting horses. It was very very traumatic.

    I purchased 12- 1 hour riding ******s for my granddaughter. The girl who was supposed to be providing the ******s has overbooked herself so 3 of the 4 times I have taken my granddaughter she has had to wait for other children to ride during her scheduled riding time. I did not purchase group ******* Also there is no type of ****** being given the instructor gives no instructions and barely speaks. We have always arrived early and have had to wait for up to 15 minutes while the instructor chats with the previous family and books their time slots. Which she could have done during the time the previous rider was walking the horse around the arena. The final straw was when she had my granddaughter wait through 3 other children during her 6:00 pm time slot. My granddaughter barely had 10 minutes on the horse. I notified the owner and requested a refund for the remaining ******s. His response was he doesnt issue refunds but he would be willing to provide the ******s personally for the remainder. I am not willing to have my granddaughter humiliated by this business again and would prefer the refund.
