    DATE OF TRANSACTION: 04/14/2021 - See attached for invoice, what business committed to provide, summary of dispute and attempts for it to be resolved. This company periodically sends me a text message asking me to call so that they can resolve the issue, but when I call I'm told that the person I was texted by doesn't work for their company or no longer works for them. Originally I was told that they would be out to replace the missing header, then I was told they were waiting on the header to be shipped all of which was before the 1 year warrrant. Now they are telling me that they no longer have intentions of installing the header and appologize for it not being installed. An apology does not solve the issue of there not being a header, which i paid for there to be. I am unable to heat my garage because of this gap where the header is supposed to be. It's been a long inconvenience and all I want is what I paid for, or my money reimbursed so I can have another company do what this one was supposed to do but has been procrastinating, making excuses and now blowing me off entirely.
