    CREW'S service damaged our neighbor's sewage service box at *****************************************************************(11/14/2024).CREWS admitted their liability and agreed to reimburse the cost of the repairs ($1407.50). They were sent a copy of the invoice. CREWS has been contacted by us and our neighbor (***** *********)via numerous methods (voice mail and text) with promises by them to pay, but they have not done so. It has now been over 2 months since the damages occurred. CREWS no longer responds to any calls or text regarding the payment due us ($1407.50). BBB Please help us recover this promised amount from CREWS.

    This is ******* from crews Local Service, *** tried sending check and many things many different ways. Unfortunately the times Ive tried to pay again I was out of funds do to no work. I will still be paying when work comes my way just in a little dilemma. Please have patience for me to create the funds that is needed to fix this situation.

    Mr. Crew has a very "smooth" delivery, but he has no proof of sending any form of payments as he claimed in his response to you. Why would he even ask for patience if he had already sent us the money? That makes no sense.

         We have afforded him numerous options such as a check or ****** or even picking up the cash from him directly. Please continue to pursue the $1407.50 from ******* as he no longer responds to us We are very disappointed in his lack of "promised payment" for the damages that his company created. We have paid our neighbors whose property was damaged in order to "keep the peace" in our neighborhood, but ******* still owes us.

    I am not chasing knowone around to pay for something knowone seen broken. I offer to cover it no did I damage any of your property period. So you need to back off Ive done my work as told in did great job they can message me in receive the money. So stop acting like I owe you when none of your property is damage. Dont come to my page disrespecting my business that I worked hard to build. I would like you guts to be removed from my page before I make this a civil suit myself making my business look bad for something that has nothing to do with you. In why would I refund you for 10k worth a work me in my guys did that makes no since.

    I am rejecting this response because Crews had promised in November of 2024 to pay for their damages to a sewage meter of $1,407.50. It has now been 6 months with no payments from Crews.
