    Christmas Photo shoot was purchased October 31st 2024 for $89. I bought it for my son and his girlfriend for her birthday. It was scheduled for ************** and I received an email from ****************************** on Nov 23 that the backdrop was delayed and they needed to reschedule. I sent the email to my son who said the next date they could do was Dec 8th. I emailed back to the studio on Nov 28th asking about the new date. My son also emailed and neither of us received a response. I then messaged the studio on ******** Dec 6th and no response. I followed up again via email on January 14 and no response. I followed up again on Feb 13th and no response. I messaged again on ******** Feb 21 and finally received a response saying Hey ****. I wasn't able to find your messages. ******** decided to start burying random emails in random folders. I'd love to still shoot with them if they're interested I responded right away with:Yea I think they still want to do the shoot. If you can email *********************** that is my son and the shoot is for him and his gf.I got no response. I sent the same ******** message on March 5th and no response. We still haven't heard back. I would like to have my son contacted at *********************** as well as myself *********************** right away to schedule and/or give me my $89 back that we paid.
