      Never rely on this company to get your work done.. I called A&R even after reading some comments here,Yelp and in ****. But I was proved wrong.. ** visited my property to give a quote on building retailing walls. He promised to send me a quote within 4 days. After waiting for 2 weeks, I have been calling them, sending texts, leaving voicemails on both Als phone and office phone (***). No response. Highly unprofessional , unresponsive.

      Overall the owner's (Al) employees did a mostly great job installing a back yard patio and a front walkway in July/August 2021. However, the owner was asked numerous time to visit the home over the past year to show him what could have been done better, and the five patio blocks which cracked during the first six months. Owner promised a cover for the window along the back patio and failed to provide it. Owner was last seen when the contract was signed. He also failed to close the permit so the Township performed their three inspection on 14 Juy 2022 as the one year time period approached. Lack of communication with customer is this company's biggest issue. It almost appears like they are unwilling to even consider making good for substandard work. This contractor was paid in full on the day the job was completed and his ******* promised they would return with a suitable window cover.***************, **
