    On 12/2/22 I placed an order with this company which was scheduled to be delivered on 12/7. 2 days later on 12/9 the package still hadn't arrived. When I checked the tracking my package was sitting in ********** (when the package was sent from ******** and I live in *********)! I immediately emailed beamer for help and they didn't even bother to respond. After my second attempt to contact them I finally heard from someone named ****** who initially told me I have to do the seller's job and try to deal with their inept carrier myself. She then told me I have to wait until 12/16 (9 days overdue) for my package. I then demanded that the order be canceled and my card be refunded so I can purchase the items from someone else, to which she refused. By refusing to cancel this order and issue a refund beamer is now attempting to commit fraud. I will be initiating a chargeback with my credit card and contacting my attorney. I demand that beamer immediately cancels this order, recalls the package, refunds my card, and permanently deletes my account from their website before I file a lawsuit.
