    Purchased an external voltage regulator for my daughters Durango with a bad computer. Super easy to install with their videos and fast shipping. Would use them again!

    STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I placed an on line order on Jan 29, The funds were taken from my account and I never recieved a confirmation email (like the site states). I contacted the company on the 6th of Feb and was told that there was no record of my order and the order number was not a squence that they use. The gruff sounding gentleman did say that he would call right back after checking with the staff etc. Well as expected, I am still waiting and when i just called today on the 8th I was hung up on and any re-call ends up going straight to vm. I contacted PNC bank and they refunded the funds and opened a inquiry about getting the money returned. PNC is GREAT about going after these con men.

    This place sucks! I ordered a Alternator back cover. Turns out i made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. I called them and said I made a mistake. He said send it back and use the Invoice # as the **** So I did. A month later I check my bank account and no refund. So I call them. They said get this they have a $20 return charge and I would only get $2.50 back " so its not worth it". They decided for me not to refund the difference. S**** this place won't ever buy from them!
