    well I'd give 0 stars if I could, Stears van came with a guy to work on oil furnace, wich was working at the time, within 5 mins he broke tank valve off and had fuel oil gushing all over, so he stopped it with a rubber glove, "serviced" the furnace, and took off, I spent my entire day in my basement fixing it, and woke to no heat again! he didn't even fix the furnace! do not hire Stears has a good rep otherwise, this guy doesn't know anything obviously.
