      Legacy Roofing and Restorations owner **********************. Is calling and emailing threats of a lien on our property for unpaid bills. Our contracts show **********. I have canceled checks showing we paid *******. He has not provided a final bill and has not done a walk thru to see what issues that need to be addressed. also A damaged electric fireplace that was installed before drywall and not sealed from the drywall dust. 3 damaged drawer fronts in our new kitchen. A window installed that has a pitch so the water will run to the house. Sliders installed that have no support under the threshold so when someone stepped on it it cracked.Had hired this company to roof our house also and they forgot to roof over our bay window we asked that it be done with this job and is still not roofed. He jokingly (we thought) said it will cost you more.Today he sent a spread sheet showing itemized stuff we already paid for with a balance of ******* that was not in contracts.

      I am rejecting this response because: The response does not address any of the issues that were filed in the complaint. If we were able to solve our issues that easily there would be no reason to contact the BBB. Legacy continues to send threatening emails and texts we need a mediator to help resolve the issues stated in the complaint. This is the latest threat made to us by legacy roofing. We received a letter from an attorney *********************** demanding we pay the ******* and we remove our reviews at the BBB and any other review mentioning Legacy.   I'm trying to forward this to you but having problems doing so.
