    This is a zero star rating!! I am without heat.. did my normal trouble shooting breaker box resetting furnace with the switch everything I know how to do absolutely nothing coming from furnace!! Placed a call at 607pm got back a text message a technician will be out between 6pm-8pm tonight 8pm comes around nothing no phone call no text message needless to say, after 5 phone calls and a chat message still nothing but Im sorry!! It is 1023pm and still nothing! My last call to the call center was to have a manager or the owner call me back. Nothing!! Was told that they probably wont call me back till the morning! They open at 8am Im down to 58 degrees in my home it is 31 outside going to drop to 26! Such poor business and a shame that nobody cares!! No respect no communication!! Im sorry but that tech would no longer have a job!! My furnace was bought and installed by this company 2/18/21 within a couple months something went bad and I paid out over $300 for them to fix it!! Not covered under warranty called an additional time sorry the technician doesnt take calls after 9pm someone will contact you on the morning luckily I was able to get it running myself! Now this time!! I am so fed up!! For a 4 year old furnace I should never be without heat!! I will be spreading the word around town the work ethic of this company how they dont stand behind their product lack of communication from techs and management/owner!! I so hope they encounter me in my line of business because they will learn very quickly what it feels like!! Karma will get them!! So bottom line stay away!! Dont do anything with this company!!

    Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star but I would prefer to leave zero. On 11/11/2024 we had Davison's out to do a large job in our basement. We had a water leak. The young man they sent out was nice enough but, had no idea what he was doing. I asked several times if he felt like he was in over his head and he said "Oh no ma'am. I have done hundreds of these". I asked if he had a camera and he said he did. He began to jackhammer a hole at the bottom of our stairs leading to our finished basement., he also had to cut the bottom 3 stairs out. He then continued to dig and jackhammer. Every 2 feet, my bill was increasing. I decided it would be in my best interest to have another company come out for a second opinion. The new company started to explain to the Davison employee that he was going in the wrong direction and the problem was a broken storm drain. I then just asked the Davison employee to pack his belongings and we would part ways. I did not pay him for anything because all he did was destroy my home. I came to find out that the plumber they sent was from ******* and was not familiar with Michigan basements. The management team could not have cared less. I just want to prevent anyone going through what I have been through.

    Short version After installation on 4/28 the ball was dropped in many ways by Davison Heating & Cooling now Davison **** Services. From a missing part (needed in order to pass inspection) that I am still waiting for going on almost 3 months after install, to being double charged for the entire unit, having a tech come out for 2-3 hours for an additional estimate only to never provide a quote. It has been the longest drawn out process to wrap this up. Long Version The electrical was done separately, once completed I was scheduled for a start up with a Tech on 5/4. When start up was complete I was advised verbally as well as printed on the invoice :*The cap that covers the hex s**** for the valve is missing, office ordering and will get that installed in the next week or two, it will not hurt unit to run* The gentleman said that it would take 2 minutes to put on and since it is on the unit outside, they can just park and put it on without me being home. When paying for the unit, I did part with my account and 3k worth on their 0% financing. When ***** Fargo was set up and I had visibility, I had been charged 6k. After a week, almost two of calling as well as telling them I spoke to ***** Fargo, they fixed it before my first statement cut. Thankfully.After the finance situation was handled, I requested an estimate to add some ductwork in the front room that has the thermostat in it. The Davison Heating & Cooling estimator (***) who came out was very friendly, took him about 2-3 hours doing measurements and draw **** Unfortunately, I never received an estimate, even after multiple follow-up attempts for over a month. It should hopefully be completed by next week. One of the main reasons I had chosen to go with this company was because of the good reviews. Since switching to Davison **** Services, those might be changing.

    Have used Davison Heating & Cooling many times. Have always been very happy with service.Just had them install a new furnace and A/C unit. **** and hid helper were very efficient in completing the task. Spent most of day at our residence, cleaned up work site. I highly recommend this business. I'm always a happy customer.
