I was greeted with a calm voice but when I started asking questions *************************** got frustrated and started to cringe to get me to gt me to feel sorry for her.Told me she had 10 yrs in the business, also billed 3-4 days after first payment and 4 days before du date. Used my old addresses for disputing wrong signature on reports. Told me on a recording she will give me a full refund and online gave me partial. Used her family as a excuse so she wouldn't not pay me a full refund then gave my info to a stay home new mom that was supposed to be a master disputer that couldn't speak or understand English. I knew something was off after I found out she did the opposite of what we agreed on on my credit report to dispute. Representing her business linked in with another popular business is not good business. Scammed me out of my money and refuse to call me back Would not ever recommend this company to anyone especially if she try to change her business name, that is not associated with (*********************** no days off) credit repair Thank you

Early Jan I was searching for Credit repair co who can assist settling old account by Discover Bank that surfaced months ago. I connected with **** (********* ****) who offered to have her attorney settle the account while she disputes account status on old accounts from 2018 included in bankruptcy. **** asked for $1200 and demanded I zelle the money. I did not have the total amount which I zelled $500 from my bank account on Jan 6th, 2023. Two weeks later she asked me for remaining amount which she tried running my credit card for $700 and her merchant service declined it as RED Flag. **** contacted me demanding I pay using zelle which I wasn't comfortable with and told her I cannot do that because legit company will never ask for such request. I called Buckles & Buckles firm handling charged off account to check status on attorney retained by Level up financials and was advised no one was representing me!! Due to sensitivity of matter I have court scheduled 3/7, i retained my own lawyers and paid fees 3 weeks ago. Last week I discovered there's charge for $700 from unknown co I B enterprise which I have disputed. NEVER authorized. I'M asking of you to help me retrieve the $500 I paid for no services rendered. From Jan 6th until now all I received was 2 letters from Experian credit bureau declining to remove inquiries. Apparently, i was charged $1200 to remove inquiries which I did not consent to. I'm familiar with credit service/consulting well and for that I feel I got scammed for company wants to charge money for nothing in return. Please note, I was not provided any contract or signed any form of agreement for this. When i asked to meet in person ***** Refused and advised she can only conduct business over the phone. I know better than that but honestly, I felt desperate to have attorney handle this case for me. I hope you can help me please. I'm single mom and work too hard to survive this is a of money for me to lose. Thank you!
