If I could give negative stars I would. I bought the extended tire and wheel warranty based off my sales person recommendation because Im in construction. Tires are within the guidelines to be replaced and still got denied. Went through escalation and 4 days of trying to get something worked out to be left holding the bill. Tried to cancel and recoup some fees and was told I could cancel but wouldnt get anything back and that I just have to deal with it. Theyre crooks, just like a typical warranty or insurance company. Gives you all types of promises that theyll never come through on. I will never buy a Ford product again.

**** extended warranty is horrible.. my vehicle went into service 3 days ago. Ive been without a vehicle since then. Dealership called and stated they would need another 3-5 days to complete repairs. my **** extended warranty is giving them a hard time on loaner, a service I specifically paid for in my extended contract. After contacting **** they offered me to pay out of pocket and send invoice to them, and they would reimburse me.. I stated this is not what my contract say.. it say we will provide a rental up to 10 days or *********************************** a hard time holding up to this .. I will be trading off all three of my **** vehicles , two of which are paid for , and going back to *****

For what this "************" warranty cost me when purchased for my used 2016 dodge journey, I could have had my broken transmission repaired within two weeks. Because of this warranty I have now been without a vehicle for more than 3 months now someone at **** extended warranty doddled back and forth with the transmission specialist mechanic requesting part numbers then pictures of each part that was needed for the repair which wasted the first three weeks of not having a vehicle or access to a rental or loner car. Now I'm still waiting for a complete factory refurbished transmission.to be delivered.

Master certified service advisor with Chrysler, having to deal with **** ESC extended warranty is the worst experience I've ever had with extended warranty company in my 6 years. Constantly dragging their feet to approve claims, have to submit claims on their website 3-4 times before it will send it due to website errors, they never take responsibility and blame your web browser when it does the same in all web browsers, constantly arguing against master certified technicians' diagnosis. More hoops to jump through to get claims approved than what even a factory warranty requests. If you value your time and do not want to be stranded and broken down for weeks waiting on a claim to be approved, do not purchase this extended warranty contract.

I think **** should be ashamed of it self but, I know they wont be. I HAD a 2019 F-150 XLT Sport 5.0L Supercrew with a warranty start date of March 2020 and, less than ****** miles. ** November 17, 2022 I was rear ended. The damage was significant but, not enough to be a total loss. A little over $18000. Then the unbelievable happened. When the repair facility tried to order the frame needed to repair my truck it was brought to light that **** made the decision to make the frame for my vehicle obsolete. OBSOLETE!!!! How???? My truck is still under 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty and, **** does not have major parts available for it. Nor does any salvage or aftermarket. And it is an aluminum frame so it cant be bent or welded back in place. How is this even legal? Now, my truck is going to be a total loss and, I do not have a vehicle anymore. I am not in a position to go out and just buy a new truck. It took me 40 years to buy something nice and to have the brand I chose choose not to make sure I can maintain my investment is a huge miscarriage. I am not longer to go find work because my transportation is gone because I could not be supplied with the parts needed to fix it. While still under warranty. I am aware that an accident caused the damage. The total loss was incurred because someone at **** dropped the ball!! I know **** owes me a truck. I know I will never get it. Something needs to be done about companies failing their customers and getting no consequences for it. Billions of dollars are made my companies like this and, they are rarely, if ever, held to a better standard.

So I bought a warranty and that **** dealer sent out of business , no worries . Unfortunately I bought a gm at a **** dealer I was sold warranty . Lost a lifter it went to gm dealer as it had to go there anyway per **** . Meanwhile 1 month later I have no truck back . As the warranty company is dragging there feet . Then they send out an adjuster to check out the work gm said needed done . Then they hit me with a surcharge because I have a small plow for my personal driveway . Mailed surcharge and they cant find it . When I told them its been there since the 7th October . Per the tracker and it being a cashiers check . Then they find it after 10 days I hope to have my truck by **** . Next step to get a lawyer involved as I have no vehicle and this is causing a hard ship
