      AAA / ********* Group dispatched a tow truck that damaged my car on March 25, ******* took until May 27, 2025 for repairs and reimbursements to be finalized. I spent two months communicating between agencies and sharing duplicate info so my damaged car could be repaired. The company wanted the claim to be complicated, and made no effort to help me. I was required to keep the momentum going until it was finished.I was threatened that my claim would be dismissed if duplicate info was not shared within a very tight timeline, along with last minute added requests. I was required to gather all outside information, in this case repair estimates.I am completely disappointed in their reluctant behavior. This is not how a major company handles mistakes like this. I expect *** to gather all required information for its mistakes.

      I called AAA of Michigan to get a tow to Northland CJD dealership. The 1st rep of 5 including 2 sups suggested I take my truck to **** dealership in Farmington Hills stating that I would get a discount there. Well when the dealership called they informed me that the don't participate in that program. Needless to say AAA wanted me to pay for the extra miles they made taking it where no discount was offered when I requested my vehicle be towed to *****. After 3 hrs of being put on hold for 20 minutes the 1st time, 2nd time 10, 3rd time 15 minutes and lastly 1 transfer w/o letting me know they were transferring me to a sup name ***** that left me on hold again for almost 30 minutes to never come back. End the end I had to use all 3 towing to tow my vehicle to and from the wrong dealership to my house then call them back to come pick it up again and take it to the right dealership. No-one ever called me back to rectify this bad experience so I'm looking for another company that offers roadside assistance because this will be my last renewal with them.

      They send me something for life insurance every week and I'm sick of it. I already have life insurance, if I want life insurance from them I'll contact them. I don't need them to keep sending me stuff in the mail. At this point it's harassment!

      Trying to file a mini tort claim in Michigan due to an at fault driver rear ending me on the freeway and ****** *****, the at fault parties adjuster, is blatantly ignoring my correspondence. I don't give their insurance company money every month so they just ignore the law.

      Overpriced and underwhelming customer service! I pay a fraction of what I did with AAA with my new auto insurance - my only regret is not switching sooner. When I split from my parents plan years ago, *** dropped all my years of membership and started a new membership for me so I lost all those years of loyalty and paid more because of it. Anytime I call customer service, Im on the phone for a minimum 45 minutes for even the simplest tasks. My shortest call was when I called to cancel my membership and auto coverage - the agent couldnt have cared less and didnt ask me why until there was a lull because his computer was lagging. After outlining my numerous issues and concerns, he just said he was sorry to hear it and went back to cancelling my coverage. Many other options out there and *** is not what it once was. Look elsewhere and compare rates before committing.

      I waited 8 to be told they couldn't tow my car for another 4 hours. Called 6 pm in the evening for a tow. Called once an hour for the next 6 hours and was told 4 times a truck had been dispatched. At 3:30 am I was told no one was going to arrive till 8:30 am. I won't be renewing my membership.

      I needed a jump as my battery died on 11/25/24. The technician that came out was great and replaced my battery. Not less than 2 weeks later, that battery has failed, and I am at the dealer paying another $279 to get a new battery. Very frustrating to say the least and I will be re-evaluating their roadside assistance.

      *** used to be a prestigious and reliable company. My opinion now is to never use or recommend this company. Every time that I have tried to contact them, I am sent to digital requests even for road service. Messages are not answered. Humans rarely respond. My recent auto claim filed in late October has yet, of 12/4/24, not been settled. Requests for information go unanswered. They have my totaled car and title and still no resolution. What has happened to this previously 5 star company?

      *** does not stand behind what service they offer as far as road side ********** family member waited for over 4 hrs for a tow truck. Saying they were trying to find a driver. Mean time my son is waiting in the cold all this time. We kept calling and calling. Hearing were working on it. That the business theyre in, why do they not have drivers to assist paying customers? This is not the first time this has happened to us. Its unacceptable!

      I have had a homeowners claim for Hail damage since May 7 and cant get any resolution for the claim even though they raised my insurance due to the claim for damage due to a natural disaster (which they say they cant do) but did anyway.Adjuster keeps saying that he will get right on it and get back to me but never does. Totally no good company service.
