      August 15, 2022 i drove up to the Kings Auto Clinic on ***** ******* in ******** ** to get service to my 2008 Envoy GMC. I discuss my issue with the truck and he told me it was my motor which was my second guess. ***** the owner who i was speaking to told me he can order me a motor and put it in for $1900.00.***** said that it will take 2 weeks to fix it. I gave him ******* and filled out the receipt ,shook his hand, and walked home. 2 weeks later i called the shop and ***** stated that it was gonna be another week because the motor haven't been delivered to the shop and that it should be there the following day. A week go by and i go up to the shop and my old motor was still in the truck. Now ***** is telling me that he is gonna start taking the motor out the following day to give him a week I said ok and left. Another week go by and no answer so two days later i get a call from ***** saying it was a death in his family and that he was gonna finish up before he leave the state so i send my condolences and said ok and hung up. Two days later I called to check on how it was going and he answered angry and yelling at me, I just took it as he was moarning so I let it go. That was 2 weeks ago. Now today its October 20th and I still don't have a motor in my truck in fact there is no motor in my truck and hes asking me to pay the balance to finish fixing ************ truck is outside the shop with window down garbage bag flying on it with all my truck part on my leather seats and thrown in my trunk. My keys are in the ignition all my doors are unlock. I'm so depressed and stressed out, my eczema have took over 75%of my body and I had to go to urgent care. I'm 44 yrs old with asthma and high anxiety. When my mother and I went up to the shop yesterday ***** wasn't there and I called and he said Saturday October 22nd at 4 pm he will be done fixing it cause my mom threatened to call the BBB. I have picture but have issues loading I'm keep them just in case you guys need them
