    I recently what I thought was a brand new battery from Mansfield Auto Parts on Coyle Street in Detroit, Michigan, and try to take it back yesterday. The only black guy that works in the store was the one who serviced me he told me not to put it on a car or they would not be able to accept it after getting my car checked out the auto parts store that I went to said that I needed a lot of other things so I decided to just go ahead and get me another car and return the battery unused it was in the same spot that the black guy at the auto parts store put it in which was in the backseat floor of my car never been touched never had the red or black cats off of it and when I try to take it back for a full refund yesterday mind you again like I said I never took it out of that spot that the man put it in they told me that the battery has been used and that there’s nothing that they can do but like I told them well if it was used then y’all sold it to me used for a brand new price. I paid $160 for the battery and they’re saying there’s nothing that they can do about it and I just have a battery that I don’t need that I never ever took out of my car until I pull back up to the auto parts store to return it so in other words, they sold me a used battery for a brand new price. I never checked it out or anything. It looked new. I’m thinking that it’s new coming from this auto parts store I’ve been dealing with them for years so I trusted them, but this is just a lesson learned not to never let your guard down or trust anyone. When they sold it to me, but by me being a woman and not checking things out as I should have, I got played. I do plan on doing whatever I have to do to prove my case and to get my money back and my family and I will no longer do business with them. Terrible service
