  Carpet was soaking wet for almost 24 hours. Stains were still on steps after dried. After family returned from vacation notified company and sent pictures. Was told that when I was asked if I was satisfied I said yes and it's been 10 days so they will not come reclean. I explained you can't see Stains while soaking wet but I was told they will not correct and reclean. I will not call this company back Also the job was done by kids which I was told was the owners son's in training. I am very disappointed.

  Customer is dramatizing the situation. The customer sent a email 10 days after the initial service. when I called the customer back I originally made the customer a new appointment. After investigating once I returned to my office I noticed that the original appointment was 10 days prior. I cancelled the appointment and told them that too much time has passed for us to come and do a reclean. I also told the customer if they would've reached out within the first 48 hours of the service we could've came back to reclean the stairs for them. Saying I said my children were in training is false. My children have been cleaning carpet for 3 going on 4 years. You can absolutely see if a carpet is still dirty if its wet. They liked the job so much they even tipped my children. Before we leave any job we ask the customer to do a walk through to check our work. If the stains in question would have been there at the time of completion they would have been noticed and pointed out. Asking us to come reclean something 10 days after the service is unreasonable. If they are saying it took 24 hour for the carpet to dry, why wasn't the stains noticed then. That would have been the appropriate time to reach out.
