      I ordered thru **** eats. Which I'll never do again cause more then one party ppl don't like to be accountable or responsible for anything. The food taste was off and burnt .I hope no one gets sick. I tried it with my spouse and he told me don't eat anymore it's not just me. One pizza looked old and dried up. The other didn't seemed cooked all the way. One bite each pizza and burnt to a crisp bread sticks. The only thing that was good was the cheese bread. I'm just asking for my Money back a credit (not from this location)something . **** near 40$ and a waste of my time. I reach out to **** eats they apologized but not refund no phone call nothing but we're sorry. I will not be using there app ( **** eats anymore). I'd like to report them on customer service but didn't know how

      This message is meant to be sent to Little ******** corporate office at *****************************************************Order # ******* (Sunday, between 3 and 4 pm)On Sunday Oct 27th, I placed an online order for a thin crust pepperoni pizza and an order of Italian Cheese Bread at the location in ***** at *********************************************************************When I got to the store to pick up my order, I noticed that all the bins where empty with no ready orders and also noticed that my thin crust pizza was sitting on the cutting table....I waited about ********************************************************* I told her what my order was, and she wanted to give me the thin crust pepperoni pizza that was on the table. I told her that I was not going to take a cold pizza, so they had to prepare another one.This employee was pretty much the only one doing almost everything in the "falling" store while the other two ladies were ignoring all the customers in the store, talking about parties and social ******* pizza finally was ready, and the Italian cheese bread order was never made again, so I took it cold. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME, in which my experience with this store was awful, I just keep coming back because is very close to my house.

      ******** care is difficult to get i touch with. Their employees at ****** IL by route 30 and ******* are incompetent. They all need to be replaced. Just look at their ****** reviews.

      I purchased dinner on 06/28/24 for my family at the * ****************** location in ************, **. When the order was ready my fifteen year old daughter went inside to ask if the hot and ready pizzas for our order were ready. An older, heavy set worker with gray hair made an inappropriate sexual comment to my daughter when she asked if they were ready stating that she could pick five of them (the workers) and that they were all hot and ready for her. I believe he may have been the store manager as he was in a different shirt than all other employees. She immediately felt offended and uncomfortable and came to the car to tell me about what had happened. As a concerned and very upset father at this point I then proceeded to step inside to ask for a manager. A young tall skinny man with longer hair and a ***** approached me at the front counter and I explained that it was inappropriate and he agreed and nodded his head. I believe he understood and felt the concern I had as a father. However from my understanding the employee I was explaining this to was standing present next to the other employee as he said the comment. I am leaving a comment here and have attempted to contact the corporate number with no response and will continue escalating my concern. This has also been addressed with my legal team under the classification of sexual harassment and has also been provided in the communities social media pages to make other families aware of the situation that has taken place. I have also informed local authorities of this situation. Im not sure what the companies standards are as far as allowing this type of behavior in the workplace, but being in retail management myself this is an unacceptable form of behavior especially to a minor and should not be tolerated!! I will be looking forward to a resolution to this from Little Caesars Pizza.

      On numerous occasions our on line orders were given out. Even one time someone claimed to be me and they gave out our pizza portal number. Today they are saying they do not have our order posted. I have a screen shot of the order and even an email that says it is ready. They are completely ignoring me now.

      On 3/29/2024, I placed an order with Little Caesars via app and would be delivered via DoorDash. My order was never delivered because the store I ordered from, ran out of ingredients (completely understand). I requested a full refund the same day and was told it would be ***** business days before I would receive it. I called for an update on 4/16/2024 and was told that it would be escalated to LC directly. Today is 4/23/2024 (almost a month to the incident) and I've gotten nowhere but around with this company. I don't recommend anyone using the Little Caesars app for ANY purchases!

      I ordered online for delivery from little Caesars on March 24 2024 my order was cancelled by the store I called to see why and was told they couldn't fill my order and I would get a refund in 10 days today is April 10 2024 I ********'t received my refund I have been calling and calling everyone is giving me the run around and I still haven't received my refund!!

      Do not go here! They allow their employees to steal from customers. Went to get one pizza and one 20oz drink. Should have been 9$ and some change. Thats what my reciept said and what my account said for two days. Then I see the charge went from 9$ to 56$. So someone gave themselves a tip on the reciept they didnt give me to sign. They only gave me a different one.

      I ordered pizza in 01/24/2024 and asked for it to be delivered. When the pizza was delivered it wasnt even what I had ordered. I reached out to the little Caesars delivery support and they said they were going to refund me 100% of what I paid. (Over $40) it has been almost a month and every time I call I get the same excuse. That its been escalated to pls allow more time. Its ridiculous.
