    I have almost the exact same story as *********. I cancelled my order after finding a cooler looking desk just minutes after I bought this desk. No problem, right? Wrong! The only way to cancel is to email their support, which is frustratingly bad (in this case it must be malicious - the link to their returns page was the only link on their website that did not work! It takes you to their warranty page). In any case, they created a shipping label, charged my account, and sent me the desk a full 24 hours after I cancelled my order by email. After constant back and forth with their customer support over at least a month, I finally threaten to leave bad reviews and complain to a consumer protection board about their shady customer service and their unwillingness to even send me a shipping label for a desk that is still IN THE BOX AND HASN'T BEEN OPENED. Instead they send me an address to send the desk back to, at a cost to myself of 200 dollars, 2/3 the cost of the desk. Let me remind you that, again, my order was cancelled a full 24 hours before a shipping label was created. Any other company would have sent me a return label, apologized, and refunded me promptly. I know this because I've had to do it with other products. This was their s**** up. They never admitted to it and are still doing the bare minimum to help me. I was patient for a long time but eventually I lost all sense of decorum. I can't express how much of a scam this company is. My bank had to open a charge back to get my money back, and what's insane is that this was what the customer service *** told me to do.
