      By me having mobility issues it was such a pleasure of not having to go to the store and go walk around and try to find something that I might like the website was very easy and me applying for financing options was awesome I got a call back immediately didn't have to come to the store they set up my delivery date customer service was top 10 the best experience I had ever thank you so much

      There have never been a time I have went to the ******* location that my experience wasnt great from the staff to my service I received during my duration while I was there in the store myself and my mother been shopping there since 2019 and will continue thank you *****, *** and *** for your great customer service today 2/1/25

      I am actually very disappointed in my experience with this store. Doubt I will refer anyone or ever shop again. I was overcharged and had I not looked at my receipt, it never wouldve been acknowledged. On top of that the driver scratched up my glass front door and I was told there was nothing they can do about it because I did not have before pictures of my door? Why would I? They sent a broken chest to my home that had to be returned. Due to multiple inconveniences I stated I wanted to be refunded for the chest & the guy reported he couldnt because it had technically been delivered but it wasnt? This is why I stick with places such as *************************, saw this place on ******** & gave it a try my mistake!

I want to clarify that the overcharge you noticed was due to a technical glitch that led to you being scheduled to receive a king size bedroom set instead of the queen size you initially wanted. This was not intentional, and we regret any confusion it may have caused. Regarding the damaged glass door, our delivery team follows a strict process where customers are asked to notate any damage to their home or merchandise. This is the same process we followed with the damaged chest, which was properly notated and promptly scheduled to be replaced within two business days. Unfortunately, without a record of the door's condition prior to delivery, it is challenging to address this specific issue or place blame on our delivery team days after the fact. In the future, I suggest notating damage or calling the store while our team is still at your home to rectify any issues you may have. The order was processed through Shop Pay installments, which restricts our ability to modify the order once the bedroom collection has been delivered. This is why we were unable to simply remove the chest from your order as you requested. If you notified us 24 hours prior to delivery, the update could have been made per your request. At 5th Avenue Furniture, we take great pride in being the highest rated furniture store in *************. While we strive to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition, occasional damages can occur, regardless of the furniture store. We deeply regret that this was your experience with us.       I just gotta say, buying my new bed from 5th Avenue Furniture was an absolute breeze. The moment I stepped into the store, I felt right at home. They've got all sorts of cool furniture to choose from, but what really makes this place shine is the people who work there.I was helped by ******* and he was super helpful. He knows all there is to know about furniture and was super helpful when it came to picking out my new bed. He didn't rush me or anything, just took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed.But it wasn't just about the sale. The folks at 5th Avenue Furniture really cared about making sure I had a great experience. From picking out my bed to getting it delivered, they were all about making me happy. I can't wait to go back next time I need something for my home. If you need new furniture, you gotta check this place out.

      Terrible service - you can find the same pieces cheaper elsewhere. The owners are not people of their word and are unethical. They sold me a living room set for $12,000 and when it arrived it was too large for our room and we didn't like the way it looked in person (we had only seen photos online). Total nightmare. We called immediately while the delivery drivers were still at our house and we hadn't signed anything at that time. The owner told us that they will take back the furniture the next day because the delivery truck was currently full. My husband and I are way too trusting and before the delivery team left they asked us to sign something on their ipad just that we "received the furniture". They assured us they would still be back the next day to pick up. We even tipped them for their hard work. This was later used against us in the end.Later he offered to give us $5,000 back if we "just keep everything"Then he took it back and...Instead l he offered our full $15,000 back if we return ALL of the furniture we bought from him.Then he took that back and ... completely denied requests to return or exchange the furniture.We even offered to pay whatever the re stock fee was.Also they may tell you that you get a discount if you pay in cash.. beware.
