    I went to get a wheel alignment, shocks, Tire **** ****** and tires for my vehicle and after the service was supposedly done on the vehicle I'm still having the same issues.

    Regarding the complain costumer came in with wheels ready to fall off , don't know when the last time they been to a repair shop but they were advised to repair all the bad components costumer declined stating they want the main problem fixed advised them they need a lot more work but declined , costumer is a risk to the public and them selves with how negligent they are about there cars safety , i am surprised she came straight to BBB instead of returning to me with the concerns all the parts installed are stated on the invoice she received she can go to any repair shop to check out her concerns, to reinsure her our work is correct . she's claiming 2260 is her invoice also when its ******* ,

    They scammed me out of ******* in repairs the owner is very rude and do not like to give your money back. He yells when you have a problem with your car I had a lot of repairs done to my vehicle and the work was defective and they use the cheapest parts and charge you at the highest rate. THIS SIUATON IF FROM PERSONAL EXPEREINCE NO ONE ELSE. I hate that I allowed them to do me this way but now I am going to take action and get justice. Just beware guys of faulty mechanic shops.

    from the day i looked at the car at the shop i was told by the seller that absolutely nothing was wrong with the car but the following day the car completely cuts off i cant start it i cant drive it and there was no way i could get in touch with the seller i tried to message the shop and then i tried to call I finally was able to speak with someone I've When I finally got someone on the phone the guy tried to argue me down Stated that oh he know what's wrong just bring it to the shop just get it to the shop and he'll fix it I'm gonna try to make this as short as possible I've been back and forth to the shop more than five times my last time was on May the 10th and I left the car there I asked for a refund because the car is very unpredictable and dangerous I can't drive the car on the freeway I can't drive the car at all the car has completely stopped on me one day which was may the 6th and 9 in the morning putting gas in the car and filling up my tires with air I proceeded to get on the road driving towards the freeway the car misfired a few times and flash the oil light my car then completely shut off in the middle of the road while me and my kids were in the car they were scared I was completely scared I didn't know what was going on with this car at that time I tried to call the shop that sold me it and no answer so I tried to call them the following day no answer again I called them on Tuesday finally got an answer the guy was staying the exact same thing that was wrong with the car prior to trying to fix it the first time and trying to fix it the second time there is no resolve for fixing this car he sold me a limit up on researching the place it seems like this is what they do they sell defective cars to get you to come back and pay for repairs to the car I've seen an incident while coming back to turn the car in this young lady was arguing with this guy about her car that he sold her and there are numerous reviews on their ****** website about this practice this business really needs to be shut down I just really want my refund I paid $2400 for this car and as a single mother that is a lot of money for them to tell me that there's nothing I can do about it I bought it and I will have to deal with the not running and working car that is not safe it's very unfair misleading because they told me before I bought it that nothing was wrong with the car absolutely nothing was his exact words As of May the 10th and the 11th is today 2023 the car remains at the shop he continues to call and tell me he fixed the problem and come pick it up I tell him no that's your problem will handle this situation in court because there is no solution
