    The company has significant issues with unprofessional behavior and discriminatory practices, particularly toward its employees of color, who make up a large portion of the staff. Management, particularly *********, the clinical director, is described as rude, passive-aggressive, and disrespectful. ********* frequently singles out employees in group chats to embarrass them and uses a threatening tone, making workers feel disrespected and undervalued. Many employees feel that there are subtle racist undertones in her interactions, and microaggressions are common. ********* also shows favoritism toward senior technicians and does not advocate for her staff, leading to a toxic work environment with high turnover rates.******, the scheduler, is accused of invading employees' privacy by tracking their locations and showing a general disregard for personal circumstances. She frequently disrespects employees, calling them "lazy" and giving inconsistent instructions. Her favoritism and lack of communication exacerbate the already strained work atmosphere.The companys overall corporate mentality prioritizes efficiency over the well-being of both the employees and the children they serve, particularly those from underserved communities, like ****************** population. Managements focus seems to be on covering up issues rather than addressing them, with HR being particularly unresponsive. Complaints have been made to ****, but instead of addressing the problems, the company has fired good employees and allowed false accusations to stand.The clinic is described as a poorly managed, discriminatory environment where supervisors are unqualified and fail to support their teams.
