    08/14/2023 is date of transaction.Xpress mufflers worked on my 2014 GMC terrain.My car is jerking and not picking up speed. I presented my problem to x press mufflers and was told there was a crack in manifold and clogged catalytic converter. I paid ****** dollars to x -press mufflers, and my car is in the same condition.My car is still jerking and not picking up speed. I went back to x-press mufflers the next day and told the mechanic that my car is still jerking and not picking up speed and he informed me that my transmission is slipping. He never said that there was an issue with my Transmision the previous day. I informed the staff that I wanted the jerking fixed and that did not happen. X press mufflers took advantage of me and ripped me off. I paid them ****** and my car is not fixed. I voiced my concerns and was told by the male mechanic and quote "you're a female you don't know anything about cars." I was discriminated against and scammed out of my money. I want my money back and I want people to be aware that this individual who is male is a sexist and should be held accountable for his actions.
