    ********** Mission Point nursing home violated nursing home laws regarding trespassing, which is completely ILLEGAL for a Nursing home. The administrator ***************************** filed three 911 falsified reports to ********** Police on a patients family with no supporting documents. One 911 call was based on Freedom of Speech and our concerns about our sons care in a nice letter to ****. He reported me to the police for writing a letter! By **** being allowed to get away with this, he is violating the 1st amendment in the Constitution and allowed to get away with this! . This director lied and stated a Guardian ordered this visitation restriction, when no one, not even Probate Court, her employer, could contact her for 6 weeks. **** ordered his staff to call police and have the patients parents arrested for no wrongdoing if they showed up to visit. This after the State Ombudsman ********************* told the parents they could visit that **** legally cannot do this. He is breaking the law every day we arent allowed to visit-63 days so far! **** had staff show police the Guardians renewal papers and state the guardian can do anything. She cant. All these papers prove is renewal of guardianship. In order to restrict visitation, the guardian must have police reports of abuse and petition the court for a new order naming the people that are abusive and stating visitation is restricted, guardian renewal papers dont suffice. This violates so many Civil Rights, Public Health, and ******** Compiled Laws. Kent County Probate court, Judge ********* addressed this illegal visitation restriction and ruled it invalid and struck it from the docket, yet ****, administrator, continues to violate Public Health Laws and ******** Compiled laws, regarding the laws of nursing homes, and still is, illegally not allowing us to visit our son by calling police to have us illegally trespassed which is completely illegal for a nursing home to do yet ********** Police are also supporting this.
