      I bought a Breitling Headwind from Zeidmans in *******, ******** on 04/11/2025 for $4,000.00. I wasn't told that the the watch was altered by adding diamonds to it. I was under the assumption that this was the original condition of the watch. One of the owners sold me the watch. After taking the watch to a Breitling Boutique at ************* in ****, ********, I was informed that the watch couldn't be serviced because the watch isn't in it's original condition. I was also told that by Zeidmans putting diamonds on the watch, it devalues the watch substantially. Zeidmans didn't tell me this information when they sold me the watch. I thought that I had an original piece.

      Customers are always informed at time of purchase whether the item they are purchasing is Factory or after market, meaning that the item has been altered from the original condition. 

      The owner himself called and spoke with Mr. ***** as he is a regular customer of his and Mr. ***** stated that he is happy with his purchase and is no longer disputing the amount or requesting any type of settlement.  He was asked if he wanted to return the watch for an in store credit and he stated that he was happy with the watch and wanted to keep the watch.  The owner told him that when he is ready to trade the watch for an upgrade as he has done many times in the past he would make sure he was taken care of.

      He stated that there are no current issues and that there is nothing that he feels needs to be resolved.  He apologized and stated that he was "having a really bad day" at the time he filed the complaint and all was OK with him now.
