    This ************* is should be dismantled. They told me that I had to give them a ******* deposit to remove the house off the Market. I gave them the money. Nearly two months later they finally gave me the keys to the home by leaving the keys in the back yard on top of the water meter. Once I gained access I saw why they never allowed me to see the home before. It was horrible. There was rat poison in cabinets, cigarette ashes and butts on kitchen counter. The windows were missing the screens. The kitchen and bathroom floors were deplorable. The painting was chipping in the kitchen and the ceiling was leaking. The security doors were missing glass and they were way too small for the doors. There was rat droppings in the kitchen sink and in the cabinets. The duct were for the heater was missing pieces and it was Improperly connected. The fram for the front door was held together by 4 nails and the fram work was falling apart. It was not even nailed down. After I made my complaints, the property manager blew me off. I told her it was unacceptable. They had my money for two months and said the property was ready. All lies. They took my ******* and told me to *** them. Horrible..horrible ,horrible people. The paint on the doors was done horrible. It was as if they put paint thinner on the door. I want to report this company and let it be known. They are rude, especially the property manager, and they are taking hard working citizens money. They should be ***d. If I had money for an attorney I would *** them. Now, I am out of money and no where to stay. They kept spinning me around and not answering the phone when I kept calling asking to see the property. And now I know why. I have already contacted Fox 2 news and made it known that residents of the *************** should be warned about this *************.
