      Beware of using "Your Personal Vault" for your storing solutions.*******************. I have been using them from 2009 to 2024. I decided to remove my Items in July 2024. I have been paying them monthly fees promptly without any late payment fees for 15 years, Since I finally moved out in July. I asked for a financial statement for all the years I paid. They gave me an attitude about that. but they did provide one. Mind you. I had emailed them before my move in August stating I would request a 15-year payment statement. After reading the statement, I discovered I was entitled to a ****** refund. When asked about my refund they told me it would take 2 months " Corporate has to issue the check" unquote. So I agreed, months went by no check. I emailed them and also called the receptionist who was very none professional my I say rude. So I emailed them asking for an update on my refund and politely told them I would expect my refund.This is their response to my email:Good afternoon,I just received a call from the employee that's working mechanic location today as we previously discussed it has been sent to corporate there is nothing to CC you in on that's not how the operations go. At this time there is nothing that can be done but to wait on it to be mailed out to you at their discretion there is no time limit that can be given on when they will send it out as the employee that you spoke with today let you know that they do not cut checks every day or once a week so as soon as they get to it they Will mail it out to you. It was sent to them so it is out of my hands I Will ask when they cut the check and it is being mailed out to let me know and when they do so I will then let you know.And I still have not received my refund to ******* closing, if you do business with them, Asking for a deposit you will never get it back.Beware.
