On Monday, September 23, 2024 I took my 2012 Jaguar XF to Arandas Tires to have the brakes replaced. I was informed by ***** one of the mechanics that have assisted me in the past, that the brakes were not in need of repair at the time, however, the **** sensors needed to be replaced. I paid $194 to replace the sensors and once the job was complete I was told that the warning light would go out after driving 30 mins at a certain speed and then allowing the car to run an additional 15 minutes once I got home. The following day, I contacted **** to inform him that the warning light was still on even though I followed their instructions. His response was that I should bring that car back so that they could complete the process in shop. Upon my return to Arandas Tires, ***** inspected the vehicle and after a short period he returned to the waiting area to let me know the he made some adjustments and the light was off. When I went back to my car surprisingly the light was still on. I approached the counter where ***** was standing and told him that the light was still on. He then shrugged his shoulders and stated maybe it was another issue with the car. I insisted that since the issue that I paid for could not be resolved, the money should be returned. He agreed, but stated that he had to remove his sensors. With that being said, I requested that the sensors that were removed be returned as well. *****, who identifies himself as the manager, stated that since it had been over 3 weeks which it had not been, he could not return them. After removing the sensors that were supposedly replaced on the front and back passenger side and refunding me $159 back to me debit card, I attempted to contact the owner and was told that he would be away on vacation for a few weeks.

These guys used to be the best deal around and very good service as well, but that was 10 years ago! Nowadays this place its a rip off, please read entire review if you value your money and your time.I needed brakes and pads for my truck, and since I trusted Arandas work, I towed it from ************ to ******* thinking Id still get a better deal, the work took forever and was all messy, and for my surprise, even more expensive than ************. After 2 trips, and over $2000 for front and back brakes at Arandas my car didn't feel good at all, smoke and noises were coming out from the brakes, I decided to take it to a local mechanic since I didnt want to drive all the way to *******, the diagnostic was they (Arandas) put the pads/brakes wrong, left in right and right in left, and a very messy job, I had to pay additional $975 to correct the issues.I checked the ****** reviews and ******** the owner or manager leaves his email and deals with these matters, I sent him an email and the copies of the paperwork from the other shop explaining the issue but they just ignored me. Recommendations:Call first and get an estimated (They arent the most affordable any more)Ask for the technicians name and ask for a fluent English speaker if you don't feel comfortable with the person you are talking to They aren't the best at customer service, they can be rude at the front desk, so be prepared Ask to see your old parts after the work is done If possible inspect and record the new work done at the premises, ask to see the new parts placed in your vehicle If you can, take a second opinion elsewhere, also compare prices Be prepare to dispute the charge with your credit card company if need it Make sure the supervisor or the ONLY certified mechanic actually looks at the assistant (uncertified person) job and not just approves it No more abuses! MArcob2708gmail.com Ya no **** tranzas batos, no *************** que chinguen a la gente trabajadora!!

After contacting you multiple times via email we attempted to speak to you via phone call or in person to resolve your issue and you declined.Customer came in for brake job. We inspected the brakes and customer approved ***********************. The job was done accordingly with ******** labor guide and state certified technician. Customer was given a warranty. A few days later, the customer took his truck to a different shop to fix the differential leak which has nothing to do with the brake job. FYI, the job performed was only $798.43 and not $2,000 as the customer claims.
