      I purchased a weed ****** because it has a preloaded line cartridge. I am older and cannot load and wind the string myself. Lowes doesn't carry replacement cartridges. I called kobalt and lowes customer service and they cannot help. They referred me to greenwerks who also do not carry the cartridges. The lowes manager understood my issue but couldn't help. This item is useless to me. My wife has been using manual clippers on her knees to keep the *** from fining us. It is model #KST2540-06 and seriel #KBZ3541384. We were given item # ******* but ot doesn't fit. I brought it in to lowes and the manager saw how it doesn't fit. I would like to return this item and buy a different one that offers replacement prewound cartridges that will be available for life. There are dozens of reviews for this item where everyone is having the same issue.***** won't accept the item for a refund since it's used. I bought this in Dec of 2022

      I bought a Kobalt lawn mower item # ****** from Lowes. This mower has a 5 year warranty and Kobalt is saying that they can not exchange the mower for the exact mower and that I have to go directly through Lowes but Lowes does not carry that exact mower anymore. I would like to exchange my mower for the exact same model and I should not have to pay any extra. I am a disabled veteran and nobody is helping me. Lowes is requiring that I pay the current price

      They quit making 18 V cobalt batteries which means we got to spend a lack of money buying all ***** new tools with 24 V batteries which I would call that a rip off

      We bought a kobalt 8 gallon air compressor for light usage when needed, it was *********** and taken care of properly. We were using it recently for a small job and the regulator k*** burst off. After inspection we found the manifold metal itself broke inside, directly below where the k*** went and no way to repair. We were going to just order another replacement part but there aren't any to be found, not OEM or otherwise. It doesn't exist. No compatible parts found.This renders the air compressor useless and we are out our hard earned money. The company should make these with real metal, not whatever soft garbage they are using. If I didn't know better I'd think it was made with cheap plastic intermixed! If they aren't going to make it right, at least offer replacement parts! This is a very expensive tool "rental" at best since it doesn't last more than a few uses!We've not gotten ahold of any help in customer service.Not happy and won't recommend! Want this corrected!

      I went on-line to a website to order an electric drill, a name brand of tools, 'Kobalt'Went to top website: https://www.kobaltoutlet.com/ and it appeared legit and selected the drill I wanted: .SKU Kobalt ******* 24 volt ********** # **** or **** Ordered the drill and paid for it, $78.54 The payment went through to my bank account on 08/24/2022 with the code of VSA PUR GTOATOLLC.COM GTOTOLLC.COMCO The drill was not shipped to me, no message of it being shipped. I reached out to their 'Contact **' on their webpage shown: https://www.kobaltoutlet.com/contact-us/ where I wrote a message and sent it.No response and no drill received.Address shown on website is: ************************************************************ No phone number listed on their website.

      I ordered a replacement Kobalt Weed Eater part from a company called Kobalt Outlet.com. The 1st time I ordered this part it forced me to go through Paypal, which I did. I was never given any confirmation other than that Paypal forwarded the payment. ****** agreed to give me a $25 credit since the transaction failed to send me the item. I went through the Kobalt sight again (because it looks legit) and sent them the info that I did NOT receive my item. They didn't respond. I ordered the same part again, this time I paid on the sight directly with my credit card. Again, I received no confirmation what-so-ever. I again sent them an email (directly from their website) inquiring about the 2nd order still not received. They have never contacted me back with an answer. There is NO phone number on their site, so I googled their address: ***********************************************, but this pulls up a site called: Kobalt Outlet - ***** Hunting Forum.They have taken my money TWICE, I have not received anything, nor gotten any communication from them after two attempts.
