    On Saturday January 20th ****, I was involved in a drunk driver accident,my car was flipped on its side when police arrived. After pulling me out the car,I was rushed to the hospital. My husband was also on the scene and he asked this companys driver could he retrieve some items out of the car, he was told no! The towing companys impound lot was closed to the public on the weekends so on Monday January 22nd at 9am when the business opened,I went to retrieve the items that I left in my car,and EVERYTHING was stolen! Before I made a complaint with the company,I went to the police and asked them first about the missing items and they assured me that it was not them who removed them! My work bag with a lot of personal information was stolen,my car keys,my phones for home and work,my work tablet and iPad,my purse with my drivers license,money,AirPods,debit cards,everything! And I cant get anything replaced because I dont have any identification anymore. I dont care about the money I need everything else back because I cant work nor travel to work without it

    July 14th 2023 $460 This towing company needs to be investigated for violating my rights. Such as not allowing me to view my vehicle or collect items from inside of the vehicle. They have complaints of stealing people's properties. Damaging vehicles. They did all of this so my vehicle would stay in their lot over the weekend and accrue even more charges. I provided proper information to prove I am the owner of the vehicle. Is it not ******** law that I have the right to view my vehicle and collect belongings from inside of my vehicle? This is/was a money grab. This should be illegal. But I doubt you will do anything about it. So this practically is a big waste of time.
