  ********** Woods did some wok at my home to stop the water from coming in my basement. After he checked he said he needed to look at the pipe in the basement floor and that he needed to cement all around the bottom of the basement. He did the cement work all around the bottom of the basement and then enclosed it with wire. He broke up the cement floor in the basement to get to the pipe. He pulled up part of the pipe and was going to have to come back and fix it. I paid him the $2500.00 that he charged and never saw him again. After contacting him on a number of occasions and he was going to come back and fix it he never has. This went on for a year. He then stopped answering the phone when he saw my phone numbers so I had my daughter to call. He answered and he was going to come out and fix it so he told her to take pictures so he would know how much cement he would need. She took the pictures and sent it to him and again he was going to come out. Never showed up after three attempts. I am a Senior citizen and have to be very careful now when in the wash room in my basement because of the hole which is about 3ft long by 2ft wide with large pieces of cement in the hole along with an open pipe and dirt somewhere down in there. I had to end up paying someone $4,000 to dig ** behind my garage in the ground, which is where the actual pipe was cracked which was the problem was and had it fixed. The work he did had nothing to do with the actual problem I paid him to fix. To this day he has not come back to fix the hole that he dug in my floor now I am going to have to pay someone to fix that. He is another person that scams people out of their money and does not know about property and city pipes that causes water back ** in your basement. For your own good do not hire *** Woods/Woods work. He sounds like he is really going to come out and take care of it and he knows what he's but its all a scam.
