    I hired Barnett Ghostwriting in July 2023 to help with the creation of and formatting of the manuscript for my book. I have expressed my concerns about my project and their services on multiple occasions to ****** ****** as well as to my individual account managers (who changed every few months). This company says they offer a 100% money back guarantee. I told them I was very unhappy with their services and they promised to make it right. My book is due to be published on ****** on November 8th and I still have not received a properly formatted manuscript. The one they provided me is chock full of formatting errors as well as grammatical and punctuation errors. They failed to provide any of the services they promised. All the writing they gave to me sounded fully AI generated and their editing missed glaringly obvious errors. As a result I have had to complete this project on my own so as not to have to delay my publication date which is set for November 8th. When I told them I wanted a refund they said they would have a supervisor contact me. It has now been several weeks and they keep giving me the run around. They did not provide the services they promised to my satisfaction. I am working with my bank as well to dispute the charges but since the charge is from July 2023 they are not sure if they can help me so I thought I would try here as well . I am concerned about the intellectual property of my written work as well. Their contract promises that all writing belongs to me, but since they have failed in other ways, this is a concern of mine as well. I would like some proof that they are not using my work for their own profit or gain.
