    Last year, they came out, sent 2@$55 an hr, completed work, 2 hours approx. He continued to text asking me to pay ahead for this year, and, how much could I pay in October. He quoted me less than$900 for the season. This year, I found someone else, called them the day before to let them know. I came out when the work was partially completed, there were 2 workers, I was billed for 7:hours @$75 an hour. They have continued to send billls. I called once. Another bill taking it down $5 per hour. The work was never finished, I was told they send crews out for different tasks, was not informed. Old plants were left, job not complete, significantly more $ than last year. My new gardener has finished their work. 7 hours of work @$75 an hour was not what I expected. I had no idea they were coming, no agreement was made, it was talked about. This is not something I would agree to.

    **** ******* contacted us to complete weeding and trimming at her property in *****, **. The work requested was only for her property and had nothing to do with any other properties in her neighborhood or HOA. She agreed to have the work done or we wouldn't have scheduled the work. We communicated that the work was done at a $60 per man, per man hour. Work completed was cleaning up retaining gardens, pruning, trimming and weeding everything and cutting down a rose of ******. All work was completed on 4/30/24 and the invoice was mailed out. The customer called on 5/6/24 and complained about the per man hour rate. Being understanding of her tight budget, we agreed to lower the rate to $55 per man hour out of kindness and consideration. We were under the understanding that was she pleased with this and was going to pay the outstanding invoice. We re-mailed the invoice on 5/6/24 and never received payment. We followed up with her via phone on 7/19/24and her phone number was no longer valid. Customer did not reach out to us or communicate any further until she filed a complain on BBB.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    This is completely untrue!  I did not contact them this year. I called the day before they came out, as I had a new landscaper
    They are lying. This is so sad 
    They did work in 2023@$55 an hour. 
    They did not complete anything, told me another crew would finish this
    At the end of last year, the owner kept texting me. How much would I like to pay in advance for next year and I said zero dollars, I dont have $1000 to give someone at the end of the season for next year and now at the rate they are charging they raise the rates $20 an hour and they are lying. This is senior fraud. This is outrageous. Im truly offended and hurt. It has nothing to do with the **** I did not contract them to work for me this year I called to cancel at the day before they came out. They were done by the time I came out there and they did not do what they said they did in this letter. We had them for the **** and got rid of them for a reason. Im sure thank you ***** for your help with this, I wouldve expected nothing less from such a subpar company, they are lying

    I was never quoted a price, I had called in the fall of 2023 and they had given me a price of two workers at 55 an hour, that was just fine. I didnt schedule them. It was a surprise work not completed. I wouldve never agreed to three workers at $75 an hour. They left dead lavenders in the retainer garden/not completed said another crew would stop by to finish the work. They sprayed Roundup on my sidewalk to kill weeds. I dont want round up in my property ever I wouldve never had the nerve to think that was kind. I did reach out. They were mean and continue to invoice me at different rates per hour. Im very upset over this. Im willing to give them something, but not that much money for what they did. It was a terrible job. It looked terrible. The full price is totally unacceptable plus to put me through all this drama. They were mean when I called to talk about it they just do what they want. I dont feel this is fair to me. They disregarded what I want done and didnt want done I didnt want them out here. I was trying to find someone and I found another person and that was $50 an hour so that worked out better for me to have one person at $50 an hour twice this year and that only cost me. And did not complete the job. This was completed for the same price twice this year. I have a better company. Im happy with this company. These people have not made me happy. Evidently the villas didnt want them for a reason. Got another company, I can understand why what a disappointment I had high hopes the first time they came out it wasnt too bad but to charge $20 an hour more than the first time and I didnt even want them to come out And if I wouldve been explained the price and that they were gonna send three people out, I never wouldve wanted that. I feel taken advantage of and theyve been rude and mean to me they havent been kindness out of their heart $55 an hour thats ridiculous anyhow
